HISTORY
TITAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. is the result of many years of experience in the Mahoning Valley area from a family owned and operated business beginning in 1916. It was incorporated in 1974 and have since specialized in all areas of Residential Home construction including Custom, Semi-Custom, and Specification homes.
In 1994, a unique partnership was formed with Architect, James D. Salyer, to work hand in hand with Titan Construction, Inc. through all phases of any project providing the best possible results for YOU, the home buyer.

MEET OUR TEAM
BRUCE ALAN LEV, President
With over 30 years of experience in construction, you can have piece of mind knowing that your home will be of the quality you would expect from any construction business that relies on referral and repeat clientele. Bruce is a graduate of Regis College with a BS in Business Administration, became a licensed realtor, and is a board member for the HBA.
JAMES D. SALYER, Architect
Jim has over 15 years of design experience specializing in residential construction. Multi-disciplined and able to design in any style. Allow him the opportunity to custom design your dream home. He is a graduate of Kent State University with a BS in Architecture and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is a licensed architect in several states including Ohio, New York, West Virginia, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
KEITH CONKLE, Associate
Keith has over 35 years of experience in construction, appraisal and sales. He has built and managed the construction of all types of homes, including log and underground homes. Keith also specializes in land development, grading, and pond construction.
TERRY FUSCO, Supervisor
Terry has over 28 years of hands on and supervision experience in the field of construction. He has been directly involved in both single and multi-family projects. Terry will be on site for you during construction to oversee the subcontractors, insure your home is built per your plans, and to answer any questions you may have about construction methods. |
